How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since each item is made to order for your needs, the process will take roughly 3 weeks to complete. It may very well be sooner, but please budget this timing in your ordering schedule.
How do I know what size to order for my child?
That is an often asked question. We have a complete set of samples in the school. We put them there so you can try them on, and allow for growth and other material changes that may occur with washing. Please, use these samples to size yourself properly, we do not take items back since they are custom made.
My order came in wrong, what do I do?
We are so sorry, but we are all sinners and we all make mistakes. If you would, the instant you know you received the wrong item, please send us an e-mail through the contact form on this web site. From there, please take the item in its original packaging to the school main office and we will get the proper item to you promptly. If you need something urgently, call us at 954-341-4600 and you can speak to the owners about your issue.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my order?
No. After you select 'Submit Payment' from your order page you are taken to another page where you can either log in to your PayPal account or pay by credit card. To pay by credit card, click on the Continue button at the bottom left hand side of the page where it reads 'Don't have a PayPal Account'.
What if I don't know what size to order?
We have included a Size Chart link on each product page under the Details and Ordering. Once you click on this Size Chart link you will be taken to a page that gives detailed information about determining the correct size for your child. Please note: The chest measurements are made by laying a shirt flat and measuring the front only from 1-inch below each arm hole. We suggest you use a shirt that currently fits your child well and take measurements from it as an example.
